Refund Policy

At Redeemed Engravings, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every item meets your expectations. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following terms. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Custom and Personalized Orders

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • We strongly encourage reviewing your order details carefully before submission, including names, dates, or other customization specifics.

2. Non-Custom Items

  • Non-customized items may be eligible for a refund if returned in unused, original condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • To process your claim, provide the following:
    • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
  • We will work with you to resolve the problem by offering a repair, replacement, or refund.

4. Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, refunds may not be possible if production has begun.
  • Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom orders may be canceled anytime before shipping for a full refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected or the issue has been resolved.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • If an item is returned due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Exceptions to Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the buyer.
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish inherent to handmade items.
