Shipping Policy

At Redeemed Engravings, we take great care in crafting and delivering your handmade and custom items. Below is our Shipping Policy to help you understand how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Processing Time

  • Custom and Personalized Orders: Due to the handmade nature of our products, processing times vary depending on the complexity of the order and current demand. Estimated processing times are provided at checkout and typically range from 7–14 business days. As stated earlier, if a design is complex and current demand is high, these processing times may increase.
  • Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can meet your needs.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times depend on the chosen method and the destination.
  • Estimated non-holiday delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us for options.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet our processing and shipping timelines, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Redeemed Engravings is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
