  • Custom Requests: Redeemed Engravings is not responsible for errors in submitted customization details. However, if you notice an error immediately after ordering, please contact us right away - we'll do our best to help if production hasn't started.
  • Revisions: Revisions to custom orders may be possible if requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be accommodated if production has begun.

3. Production and Shipping

  • Processing Times: Each item is crafted upon order. Processing times vary based on the complexity of the product and current order volume. Estimated production times will be provided at checkout.
  • Shipping: We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Redeemed Engravings is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to buyer error.
