Etched in Faith, Redeemed by Grace
A Simple Question
During the COVID pandemic, a pastor at my church asked me a question that would change the trajectory of my life: "What do you do to relax?"
It was a question posed at a Men's Retreat that I couldn't attend due to work commitments. But that simple question followed me home and stayed with me for six months. For years, my life had fallen into a predictable rhythm—work, come home to the family I love, sleep, and repeat. I never gave much thought to personal decompression or left time for hobbies. The years flew by, and suddenly I found myself trying to figure out what I liked to do and what I was fairly good at that I would want to invest time and possibly money in.
As the months passed, I'll admit, I even turned to Google, searching "What do men in their 40s do to relax?" The process was a bit depressing. Then one day, a memory surfaced—I really enjoyed woodworking in high school. That became my focus.
From Hobby to Heart
Over the next few years, I purchased woodworking equipment, a CNC machine, a couple of laser machines, and two 3D printers. I had a blast learning the new equipment and creating various items. The hobby that started as an answer to a pastor's question became my way to decompress, to create, and to find peace in the work of my hands.
It wasn't until mid-2025 that I realized this hobby could become something more—not just for me, but for others. I wanted to turn what brought me peace into a business that could bring encouragement and hope to people's homes.
After talking with my family, we decided to create this business. We wanted our name to be something that publicly expressed our faith. We knew that we wanted to make faith-based décor that would be a blessing. As we contemplated a name, we thought that nothing is more of a blessing than the gift of salvation from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Bible says in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
Each of us has placed our individual faith in Jesus Christ and by doing so, we have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Since redemption is the ultimate gift from God through Jesus, we knew that we needed to have "redeemed" in the name. And since our products would be engraved, we settled upon Redeemed Engravings.
Our Mission
Faith in Jesus Christ is a big part of my life and my family's life. It has helped us through life's ups and downs and has given us the ability to help others through theirs. Being able to help others has always been something we have loved to do.
So naturally, I gravitated toward making items that would be uplifting and encouraging. Lord willing, we will be a blessing to others and help place our customers' focus on the Lord every time they enjoy our products. We want to be uplifting to people and help them realize that life is a beautiful gift from God—one that should be enjoyed and shared with others.
What We Create
Currently, we create faith-based home décor using mostly wood and acrylic. Each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail and infused with purpose. As we grow, we plan to expand into glass, metal, and various other materials, always keeping our focus on creating pieces that inspire and uplift.
We are a home-based family business that started with a simple question that turned a hobby into a dream. Hopefully, that dream will inspire others—whether spiritually or emotionally. All glory goes to our Father in heaven.
