Redeemed Engravings


At Redeemed Engravings, each item is lovingly crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Custom and Personalized Orders: Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all custom details, such as names, dates, or other specifications, before submitting your order.
  • Non-Custom Items: Non-customized items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item, packaging, and a detailed description of the issue. This helps us improve our process and ensure it doesn't happen again. We will work with you to resolve the problem by offering a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Orders for custom or personalized items may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, work may already have begun, and cancellations may not be possible.
  • Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom orders may be canceled anytime before shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for eligible returns or damaged/defective items that cannot be replaced or repaired. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
